Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy Services address the promotion of sensorimotor function through enhancement of musculoskeletal status, neurobehavioral organization, perceptual and motor development, cardiopulmonary status, and effective environmental adaptation.
Pediatric physical therapy services focus on enhancing mobility for participation in the home and community. Physical therapists address developmental milestones such as rolling, sitting, crawling, walking and running. Physical therapists also work with children who rely on mobility aids such as wheelchairs, crutches, or orthotics to enhance navigation skills.
